More Info

The fruit for the Signature Pinot is grown on the estate owned Northbank and Rapuara vineyards, having different clones 115,10/5, 777 and 667 contributes individual characters and layers of complexity to the blend. The fruit is given a cold soak for 7 days and then wild fermented before ageing in French barriques for 11 months. Having beautifully ripe fruit combined with gentle extraction has given rise to rich and concentrated parcels of wine that have been blended to make our Signature Pinot Noir.
