Arindo is a varietal Verdejo wine crafted by Bodegas Shaya, a company owned by the prestigious Gil Family, one of Spain's most important wine dynasties. The wine comes from vines located west of Segovia, in the Rueda DO. The vines grow in sandy soils with pebble stones. Harvested by hand and selected at the vineyard, the wine juice fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 25 days. Finally, the wine was aged on its lees until its bottling.

"(raised entirely in stainless steel tanks) Light bright yellow. Tightly focused lemon and green apple scents are complemented by a deeper melon nuance. Lively and sharply focused on the palate, offering linear citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a spicy jolt of ginger. Finishes taut, energetic and precise, conveying lingering suggestions of bitter citrus pith and quinine."
